With COVID being an obstacle to physical interactions, the ways we work, consume, and communicate have also had to change – software, devices, and cloud services, have increasingly become normalized alternatives to face-to-face conversations. As we adjust and adapt to this normalcy, those who are less digitally literate, including many older adults, have been forced to play catch up. How might different stakeholders play a role in improving digital literacy during this shift? How might we facilitate age inclusiveness in this mediated society?
