As Smart Societies continue to mature, digital divide increasingly widens in society. What can we do to close the gap, and to support those who are less digitally literate? In this design thinking workshop, facilitators will guide participants through a design challenge focusing on older adults, brainstorming innovative ideas in aspects of consumption, mobility, and entertainment.
